William Morris led the Arts and Crafts movement of the late nineteenth century, designing exquisite patterns of wallpaper, fabrics, and furniture, many which are still reproduced today to decorate homes. William Morris set up his own company with fellow artists called Morris, Marshall, Faulkner & Co in 1861, (later just Morris & Co). The Morris company produced everything for interior decorating from furniture and textiles to wallpaper and jewelry.
