the 1903 holiday issue of the Delineator Magazine.
This handsome bag
to hold opera glasses, fan, etc., would be an acceptable gift not only for
its usefulness but also for its novelty. It is made of pale gray suede
dotted all over with tiny steel beads. The gathering string of black
satin ribbon, and the initials are wrought out of dull black beads.
Pale gray peau de soie might be quite as satisfactorily employed
and the lining of satin match in color or harmonize with that of the
outside.
