Sugar Free Icing with Truvia

1 cup Truvia Baking Blend
1 teaspoon corn starch
3/4  cup unsalted butter, soft
4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1/2  teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Delicious chocolate buttercream frosting made from a sugar free icing recipe. Mix Truvía® Baking Blend and corn starch. Put into a coffee or spice grinder and grind until a very fine consistency; this should increase the volume by 30-50% giving the icing a smooth texture. Next cream the butter for 2 minutes at medium speed. Sift the powdered Truvía® into the mixing bowl. Add the melted chocolate, salt and vanilla and mix at low speed for 1 minute. Increase to medium speed for 3 minutes.
