The quickest and most delicious fudge recipe to top your cake is made with condensed milk. No ordinary milk can give fudge frosting the smooth-as-cream consistency and great taste. For no other form of milk is so rich, so much like expensive cream. This 4-minute frosting recipe uses unsweetened chocolate to give the fudge frosting the true, rich chocolate flavor found in your favorite fudge.

Ingredient for Fudge Recipe:

1/2 cup undiluted condensed milk, 3 squares unsweetened chocolate, 4 cups sifted confectioners sugar, 1/4 cup softened butter or margarine, Heat condensed milk with chocolate in medium saucepan until the chocolate melts (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat. Add sifted confectioners sugar, 1 cup at a time, to spreading consistency. Stir in butter. Blend. Spread frosting between, on sides and top of cake layers.
