Victorian Winter Hat
DRESS:
visiting-dress of heliotrope poplin, with sleeves of velvet. The
pelerine is of velvet, edged with white feather trimming.
HAT: Hat
of white felt, trimmed with loops of ribbon and bird. A band of
feather trimming extends from the crown of hat, and forms a boa.
