Vintage Tin Ceiling Advertisements

In the late 19th century, the vintage tin ceiling was advertised as ornamental and fireproof. The tin ceiling tiles were said to make a neat and economical finish and could be easily applied in new buildings and over old plaster. A variety of designs and vintage tin ceiling patterns were available for churches, halls, theaters, schools, stores and offices.
