David Sturm of Attention to Detail Home Remodeling in Roswell, Ga. was recently recognized for his work redesigning one of “America’s Ugliest Bathrooms” in a contest sponsored by American Standard Brands. Sturm renovated a dark, windowless space into a bright and customized new master bath.

 
 

Sturm renovated the ugly bathroom shown above, which featured plastic columns, brown wallpaper, and lacked a window. Sturm was one of three winners in the “America’s Ugliest Bathrooms: Solved” contest sponsored by American Standard Brands.

 
 

Attention to Detail Home Remodeling transformed an uninviting, windowless bathroom covered in dark wallpaper and wood trim by adding a six-foot window, non-splash countertop sinks, a glassblock shower, and slate flooring to create an attractive new master bath.

The contest winning redesign by Attention to Detail Home Remodeling featured a new six-foot window, non-splash sink bowls, and new Indian slate floor tiles. Strum started with an uninviting, windowless bathroom with dark walls and trim. This contest was sponsored by American Standard Brands.
